Soarcrest Tradeverse Ltd ("we", "us", "our") is a UK-registered trading company with two divisions: physical natural products (herbal powders, oils and spices) and digital services (design, development, AI and automation). We primarily work with businesses on a wholesale and project basis.

• Prices, minimum order quantities and availability are confirmed by quotation, not on the website.
• An order is only accepted once we issue a written confirmation or invoice.
• Lead times, shipping and import responsibilities are agreed in writing for each order.
• Our products are sold for lawful use. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure products are suitable, and compliant with local regulations, for their intended use. Nothing on this site is medical advice.

4. Digital services

Digital services are delivered under a separate proposal or statement of work, which sets out the scope, deliverables, timeline and fees. Unless agreed otherwise:

• Fees may be charged as a one-off project fee (in milestones) or as a monthly retainer.
• Ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client on full payment.
• We may showcase non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

5. Quotes and pricing

Quotations are valid for the period stated and may change due to supplier costs, currency, freight or duties. Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude VAT, shipping and any import charges, which are added where applicable.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this website – including text, logos, branding, graphics and design – is owned by or licensed to Soarcrest Tradeverse Ltd and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse it without our written permission.

7. Liability
